CASA public school program

Brooklyn Historical Society

In the Young Curators program, 4th and 5th graders researched local history, chose from primary sources (maps, ads, articles, photos, etc), and wrote text for this project. These 24 x 48" panels were designed after meeting with the students and receiving their input. Each school ended up with three panels, which remain on permanent display as a source of pride for them and their classmates.
